Everything starts to integrate and elevate in week five. Your breath, control, strength, and alignment are working in unison. Movements become second nature, and you’ll notice how your Pilates practice supports your everyday life, from posture while walking to strength during workouts or energy throughout the day. This week is about refinement and elevating the small details that make a big difference. You’re approaching the 30-session mark: “In 30 sessions, you’ll have a whole new body”. And you’ll feel it: not just in how you look, but in how you carry yourself.
