Each Trimester offers two unique moods to chose from Calm & Kind or Power & Energised depending on how you feel.
Our focus this trimester will be on strengthening the deep core muscles to support your back and growing belly, while also being mindful of fully releasing and relaxing the pelvic floor when needed.
