This is where we invite you to meet your body where it’s at, and challenge it accordingly. You might start working with deeper variations, layering in more resistance with bands or following Bryony’s suggested intensifiers. The precision and control you’ve developed so far allows you to push further, not by rushing, but by refining. This is the week where strength meets strategy, and your progress becomes deeply felt, not just seen.
