Sound baths may not be suitable for people with metal plates, epilepsy, severe mental health issues and women in their first and third trimester. Sound baths shared that include breathing techniques may cause, among other symptoms, dizziness, tingling, nausea and emotional release. If you experience any symptoms stop the breathwork exercise immediately. Active breathwork may not be recommended for certain individuals, if you are unsure please speak to your healthcare practitioner.
