What to expect:
* 4 Pilates workouts a week to strengthen, lengthen and reawaken your body
* 1 weighted Pilates class a week
* 5 meditations a week to ground you, calm your mind and find focus
* 5 full days of nourishing recipes a week to bring balance and creativity back into your kitchen
* 2 free days a week, to rest, play, live.
Because sustainable habits are built with flexibility, not pressure.
