Sound baths may not be suitable for people with metal plates, epilepsy, severe mental health issues and women in their first and third trimester. Sound baths shared that include breathing techniques may cause, among other symptoms, dizziness, tingling, nausea and emotional release. If you experience any symptoms stop the breathwork exercise immediately.
